Fire Cider & Garlic Cider
Fire Cider is an old folk remedy for what ails you!! It is used to boost the immune system, aid the upper
respiratory system. Great for sinus, chest congestion. Anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti fungal, full of anti oxidants. Ingredients are warming, stimulating, decongestants, also includes nervines and adaptogenic
herbs.
A blend of hot peppers, garlic, onions, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, and lots of herbs steeped in raw apple cider vinegar for 4-6 weeks, strained then honey is added.
Garlic cider has the same concept, less the hot peppers.
Does not need to be refrigerated, gently swirl before taking to mix it up a bit. Take by the tablespoon for immune health, inflammation, or take several times a
day when sick to shorten duration. Enjoy!!
